The seaside resort area of Pernera is set to soar in popularity as the investment 'hotspot' of the South East Coast with news of a new Marina. Plans are already under study for the new prospect which is to be situated between the Pernera and Agia Triada areas located on the outskirts of Paralimni.

The Marina which is a much need addition to an already well established area, will boost both prices and tourism in the area. The plans and specifictions of the Marina will be approved by the Cyprus Tourism Oraganisation and amenities are said to include restaurnas, cafeterias, shops and communal areas for communal events. Property prices in these areas including Protaras have soared by up to 60% within the last 3 years and prices are sure to continue to rise with such a desirable addition to the area!
