‘Tis the season to… go out! With all that is taking place around the island, it is easy to stay busy during the Christmas period. A wave of Christmas markets has begun, and numerous holiday-themed events are happening in every city. Pop-up shops, fiestas, live music nights, bazaars, anything you can think of is on the agenda this December with more fun Christmassy events for all.
Pop-up Bazaars
Besides the annual, bigger-scale Christmas markets this season, numerous local shops and venues are hosting their own mini pop-up bazaars to welcome local artists and art lovers for a bit of Christmas shopping. A little bit different than the rest is the Floral Christmas Fair 2022 at Solomou Garden Centre on December 3. From 9am to 6pm, local creatives will set up their stalls selling their work, with a flowery flair. There will be a photo booth with a vintage campervan to make some unique photo memories, a kid’s corner, street food and Santa Claus next to the Christmas Wish Tree.
