Citizens make hundreds of face shields per day for Limassol Hospital

Citizens have turned their houses into small workshops to make face shields for the medical staff of Limassol Hospital using 3D printing technology, the CNA reports.

Meanwhile, the emergency response team of the Ypsonas Municipality is also printing similar masks, contributing to the effort.

The initiative kicked off 15 days ago via social media, where people came together offering their 3D printers, and companies joined the effort by providing the necessary materials.
