Your Check-in time begins at 16:00 and your check-out at 11:00. You can check-in at our check-in office which is open from 07:00 to 22:00 every day. Upon check-out you must return the keys to the same office. This check-in policy gives the opportunity to fix the properties for the next arrivals.
Your current outstanding balance is payable on arrival at our Check-In Office, in either EURs or by credit/debit card. Should you choose to pay by card a 3% card charge will apply.
Bed and bath linens are provided for reservations of seven days or more. Beds are made the day of arrival. For those vacationing longer than one week, mid-stay cleaning and linen services are available (once per week). These services are complimentary, but must be requested in advance. Please contact our office as soon as possible if you would like to make arrangements. Guests may bring their own sheets and towels from home.
We do not guarantee TVs in the bedrooms.
We are not responsible for any items left behind in a vacation home. We will attempt to locate items reported as left behind and, if found, return them to you for a fee of a standard shipping to your home. Items not claimed within 10 days will be donated to a local charity.
The following amenities are standard to all homes unless specifically noted in the description: Bed & Bath Linens for reservations of seven days or more, Pillows & Blankets, Coffee maker, Toaster or Toaster Oven, Dishes, Utensils & Cookware, Microwave, Iron & Ironing Board, Telephone, TV, Air Conditioning, Washer, Outdoor Furniture, Outdoor Shower, BBQ Grill (gas or charcoal), and others.

In the rare event that you need to make a complaint regarding a booking please contact us by phone or email, or visit us at the check-in office. We take complaints very seriously, so if something is wrong with your vacation please do not hesitate to contact us.
You can pay using several major credit cards when arriving at our check-in office
We are all about helping our customers. By collecting only a percentage of the booking we give people the opportunity to book their vacation in advance and the time to save enough money for their vacation.
A Security (breakage) deposit is a sum of money that is paid by the renter, by credit card at time of arrival, this is used as security in order to cover any breakages or damages that may occur during your stay, if there is no damage then the deposit is given back in full, if there is any damage to the property or its contents then the owner will deduct a reasonable amount to cover these and refund the difference.
If you paid the refundable breakage deposit and not the breakage waiver:
your breakage deposit is automatically refunded to your card, the date is dependent on the length of time after you have completed your stay, this is stipulated by the owner to give them enough time to check for any damage and make any claims. This usually takes around 2 weeks.
